Fallout 3: New Fallout 3 Scans – Kotaku
The newest Game Informer has a bunch of new images and info for the upcoming Fallout 3. The folks over at No Mutants Allowed have gone and scanned it all in and posted them on their website for your perusal. The character generation concept sounds awesome, as well as your dad looking like you/you looking like your dad. Also, the bullet time kills are gonna be great =p
