MIDNIGHT STEAK!
i went to star market with my girfeiend sara tonight at a little before midnight. and we were going around the meat section and i saw some steak and it was really chepa it was like five dollars for some steak, so I got some, thinking tha ti might have it for lunch tomorrow or something.
but then I got a great idea. IS aw this reallyu cool guy on ther internet and his neame is Ben shcumin. He runs this awesome website anmed schuminweb dotcom and i want to make stuff like him. Here is a link to his website.

its called a photo-essay. bascially this guy takes a bunch of pictuyres of exciting things that ehe does and then puts them on his website for everyone to see. they are really interesting, and the link that i put ont he above line is my favorite. it's of him going to wal-mart with his sister and buying stuff. it's sooooooooooo aweosme, the pictures are so rad. here's a picture of my diigal camera
i don't have a picture of my digital cmaera because it takes pictures and it can't take a picuter of itself. so i'll try to find one or something and then put it up
but anyway, here it goes, the photo-essay of the MIDNIGHT STEAK!!! MMMMMMMMMMM!
Ok so we were at start market, and I told yout hat. but then I got a steak and wanted to eseason it with something so i got some schechuan spicey oriental seasoning, they had teriaki sauce but i wanted to try something differnet because i always get teriaki sauce. So i paid for everything, i had to pay with a credit card because fandango dotcom stole all of my money. but i wanted a steak so it was a small price ot pay for steak. whoich is true because it was only five dollars for a steak which actually is a small price to pay for a steak.
so when we got home, we do this thing called 'following the rules' which is when you take out the stuff from the bags that you buy stuff in. cuz one time we got stuff and forgot to take it out of the bags and it was perishable stuff like frozen food and it all got wasted, so now before we lolly-gag around the house we empty all of the bags.
only this time it sucked because while i was running to get my camera for my great photo-essay idea i forgot to follow the rules and by thie time i put batteries in it and all the rules were followed and sara already followed them. but it's ok
this is me following the rules taking the steak out of teh plastic bag. notice that the schesdhuan sauce is already out of the bag, because sara already followed the rules. sara if you are readint his, next time i'll follow the rules I PROMISE!!!!!!!!
This is a picture of the steak you can't really read it but it was only five dollars. i didn't want to take a picture of the scheuduan sause yet but it got in the picture somehow. the thing on the bottom is my dishawasher, it wasn't running though.
This is the szechuan sause wiht a little meat on the site. i like the pictuer of the blue dragon on the bottle, they must have put the blue draong on the bottle because dragons breathe fire and fire is HOT, because it's hot and spicye sauce! MMMMMMMMMMMMMMM. MIDNIGHT STEAAAK.
Ok so i took the meat out of the styroafoam thign and it was bloody and gross. on the bottom it had a little pad thing that abosorbed some of the meat of the steak it's kind of gross. someone i know has a gross name for the pad thing but i'm not going to say it cuz it's really realy grsoss.
ok this picure is when i took out my geroge forman grill that we use to grill things. it's lean and mean and fat reducing, but that's ok cuz theirs not a lot of fat on my steak. but i put a pan underneath the back because it makes it easier for the stuff to run off the side of the grilling machine. if you notice, it's funny cuz their is a box on the oven, if you can see it, it's a box for sara's chicken nuggets, it's kind of like a taste of what's to come because pretty soon their is a picture of her putting the nuggets in the stove.
ok well not really a picture of just her putting the nuggets in the stove becuase it's really a photo-essay about my midgnight steak. but she somehow got into the picture. i'm not mad or anything but i just hope people don't get confused.
Ok one time i learned about an extreme close uip. i wanted to show you up close what the meat looked like becasuse it was really red and meaty. Yeah that yeah.
Oh! Here's the picutre of sara sneaking her nuggets into the stove. she has six of them, right. ok I was heating up the george forman now, you have to heat it up before you use it otherwise it won't work right. but yeah, so i put the shcehuan sauce on it and poked it with a fork. oh wait ! i poked it with a fork in the last picture, but for some reason you can't see it. my dad told me to do that because it makes the meat more tender and the scheduhan sauce will go thoruogh the meat more.
right also that brows stuff on the meat is that shceshuan sauce. it's seeping an d maranating.
i kept thinking that it wouldn't be able to put that big slap of meat into that little thing, and sara said so too, but i said, lol i said ITS OK IM USED TO PUTTING BIG SLABS OF MEAT INTO LITTLE BOXES. LOLOLOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111111111
tee minues six minuets and counting for MIDNIGHT STEKA. actually it was a little after midnighti now but it was around midnight. i didn't know if i wanted to tell you that but i want to be accurate. but that's showing you how much tiem.
ok here's a shot of the pan on the desk. or the counter. it's lifting the thing up so that you can see it. it should work.
this is a disatster~! All of the the pots and pans fell out of the cabanenti when i got the george forman grill out that's wher ei keep it. I cleaned up it though. An interestieng foreshadowing cuz you can see the cakuchup in the frefighderatior. the schedluan sacue was sorta not good after a couple of bites so i ahd some more steak with kachup on it. that made it taste different so i could eat the rest.

Omg! LOL! this is when i was soooooo hungry that i couldn't wait. so we got some cottage cheeze with chives and roasted onions, so i had a little snak. but i had to open it. so the next picture isss..........................
me OPENITNG THE COTAGE CHEEZE! Woo! It looks wierd but it ss ooooooooo good, omg you love it. You shoudl try it it's yummmmy................ See the candle, it's not lit. OMG that's so funny. whien i'm writing this sara is looking for that hair clip you see in the picture by the candle. i just told her lol.
i wanted some action shotos of me doing stuff, so you can see me eating a bite her. ok i'm not actually eating a bite but i'm chewing while i took the picture so i'ms orta eating in this picture. more like in this moment in time but whatever.
this is me more chewing. after this i dicided to have two more bites and put it away because i would probably eat the rest. the reason why I do that is because if you say one more bite, you already are like oh man i want more then one mor ebite. so if you say two more bites, you take one bite, and are like ahh that's good then you take one more and put it away. OMG IT WORKS. but it was funny cuz i only had one more bite and then put it away.

OMG now i remember what that last picture was about. it was when it was almost ready to put the meet in, i couldn't wait for it to be completely ready so i shoved the meat in there to cook. there it goes!~ Look at that little boat thing has all the shcheduan sauce that i poured on the steak. it was kind of dumb because all the sauce i put on the steak juts poured off of the george forman grill. i guess it's a blessing and a curse. dammit.
I washed off the blue plate that had the meat on it. I moved it away from the george forman fgirll because i didn't want to get any meat splattigner on the clean plate becaseu you can get sick. you can get trickanosis. or gangrine. or gscurvy.
i nee to take a break i'm gettign carlbpe tounned surgery.
I trued to take a picture of the steam coming from the top fo the george foramn grill it looked sooooo rad!
this was a preview of how the meat was doing. i couldn't keep it open long because you would ruin it because it would cool off and not cook well so i was kind of cheating. i was kind of breaking the rules and i hope i don't get caught.
i put more sauce on the meat, so that if anyone asked why it was open, that's what i was doign. you can see that the top was off of the sauce.,

omg iwas sooooo theirsty that i quick made some coolaid but i had a gREAT IDEA> I wante dot make a movie of the animation of the making coolaind! So I took the next three pictures thingking that i could hax0r it into a movie but i don't know how so do this. Scroll up so that you see the top picture. get realy close to the screen and stare at this tip picture(it has five xs across the top of it) then quick scrosll down and don't read the words between, and it'll look like it's animated.

i like to spin the coolaid really rally fast so that it s whipping around like a whilrlpool. then i let go of the stirrer and it LOOSLIKE A GHOST IS STIRRING THE COOLAID! AAAAAAAAH! Hahah its jus tkidding cuz it's just cuz the stierrer floats around.

omg gross that's al the scheduna sauce and blood from the steak. that's gross. i hadto switch them because it was getting full.

THE TIME WAS APPORACHING. I had to hurry and pick a knife thati would use to cut the meat up. I pickecd the clear one because it matched thefork that I Was going to use. if you look back at the otehr poictures you'll see that i use dit. so you know I'm not lying.

Haah i look good. MMMMMMMMMMMMMm. Like i said i put cathcup on it after a while. It was so much meat that i couldn't even finish it. blarg.
